My favourite quick & easy meal

My most favourite quick meal to make is ramen noodle stir fry. The easiest option is red capsicum, tomato, cucumber, tofu and carrot. I make a sweet chilli and lime dressing and sprinkle mint on the top. It takes 10 minutes to make -which is awesome for when I come home from work starving and literally cannot function until I eat something (which is normally the first thing I see, such as chocolate biscuits or cheese).
